Vallee Oil and Gas is a Texas-based midstream water solutions provider delivering low-cost, high-reliability solids, produced water, and flowback disposal services in the Eagle Ford and Permian Basins including south-eastern New Mexico. Headquartered in Forney, Texas—strategically positioned within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex—Vallee maintains key regional offices in Midland, Texas, located in the historic Midland Petroleum Building, and in Floresville, Texas, just south of San Antonio. These locations enable rapid response and sustained field support throughout major producing basins.
Our active operations span a broad geographic footprint with critical infrastructure in Vincent, Barstow, Garden City, Kermit, Karnes, Cotulla, Greenwood, Tilden, Rebel, George West, Charlotte, Mentone, Pecos, Rival, Orla, Rankin, and our newest expansion in Jal, New Mexico. Consultation Services – Settlement and Disposal Optimization

Solids Disposal and Produced/Flowback Water Disposal

Offering dependable, low-cost disposal with injection capacity of 25K barrels per day at our SWDs location. Reliability underpins every load. We can service the following activites:

NEW for 2026! - Truck Washouts - Vallee Oil & Gas now offers professional truck washout services to safely remove residual hydrocarbons, drilling fluids, and other oilfield materials from transport equipment. Available at our Garden City and Monahans, Texas facilities, these services provide carriers with a convenient, compliant solution to clean equipment and prepare for the next load.
Scavenger and solids loads disposal - Now accepting scavenger waste and heavy solids from line maintenance and cleaning, available at designated high-capacity facilities.
Production Bottoms - We safely dispose of residual oil and sediment collected at the bottom of production tanks, reducing site buildup and optimizing storage.
Gas Plants - Disposal services for liquids and byproducts generated during gas processing operations, including amine waste and condensate.
Compressor Stations - Handling and disposal solutions for liquid waste and lubricants generated from natural gas compression sites.
Disposal of all gravities including high gravity condensate - Our facilities are engineered to receive and process fluid streams of any density, including light hydrocarbons and heavy condensates.
Pig Lines - Acceptance of liquid and solid byproducts removed from pipeline pigging operations, including oil sludge and debris.
Overflow - Emergency or unplanned production overflow disposal handled efficiently to mitigate downtime and avoid regulatory issues.
Protection of pipeline products - Services designed to safeguard product integrity through responsible containment, handling, and mitigation of cross-contamination risks.
